It's unfortunate that you don't have your phone number updated in Google. The number listed 305-819-2219 is disconnedted!! It's very irresponsible on your part, and a waste of peoples time. People with medical issues depend on you for their supplies, and don't have patience to sit around all day waiting for their oxygen, wheel chair, CPAP machine etc. Many of them, specially on Medicare Plans are switching Insurance companys, and need to return their old equipment, because the old carrier is no longer responsible for that bill. I know by law, they don't have to retun it, untill their new equipment comes in. It's your responsibiity to get it there in a timely manner, as soon as their doctor puts in a request with the new Insurance carrier. Just remember! they need you, because they are ill. Hopefully you can update your system soon!
