My insurance provider has advised me we should not be getting a bill. The amount keeps going down and the tell us not to call insurance. Very suspicious.
RUN as fast as you can to another provider. They are the worst. When you ask to speak with someone, they are "in a meeting" and then won't call you back. Even though we asked numerous times, they never send you a billing invoice every month so you know what you/Medicare are paying for. When I complained to them that I was going to make a grievance with Medicare, there is a procedure they are supposed to follow, however, of course they just ignored this. They continued to charge my mother for oxygen even though she had died and they had picked up all the items. The absolute WORST.
Please go somewhere else if you can! I have been trying to pay my account and either they don’t answer, put you on hold and never come back, never call you back or just plain won’t help!! Rudest customer service department.
I called 4 times. Everytime they hung up w/o saying a word. Finally left msg to call back monday. Very poor service there are many better service oriented firms around id try them first..
