They need to get help on the phone, they have a call back system but they never call back (2 days in a row) then when you get a person on another line I found, they seem lost & do not know what to do;

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Florida, I also intend to notify Medicare as well as my transplant team at one of the biggest hospitals in Boston that MRB Acquisition/Open-Aire/Lincare should be avoided at all costs, that another company should be used for their patients oxygen or medical equipment needs. Your company is a joke. People who are suffering from any illness do not need the added aggravation from the shoddy service received from this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MEDICAL NEEDS...IF YOUR DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL REFERS YOU TO MRB ACQUISITION/OPEN-AIRE/LINCARE PLEASE DECLINE AND ASK FOR A DIFFERENT REFERRAL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
