I have been working with National Medical Equipment for over 5 years now. The previous reviewer on here must be bogus because National has always been there for me. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
