The customer service provided by the Oxylife Respiratory Services in Ocala, Florida is almost non-existent. This office must employ only one respiratory therapist and that person works part-time. It's no wonder that it takes so long for any action to be taken for the benefit of the consumer. It took more than a month for me to receive the CPAP unit itself. My PCP sent over a prescription to this office for a different mask for me two and one-half weeks ago and I have yet to be notified of its potential arrival. I called the customer service department every day for a week trying to get an answer to this issue and was eventually lied to about the product's arrival. This situation must be a casualty of the pandemic.
