slow response time. I have been trying to get a replacement cpap machine since June. I have had to call the doctor and get the prescription and then the sleep study that was orignally given to them. I am still waiting. Very Frustrating as they sent me a flyer saying I was eligble for a new machine and I have not been able to get any satisfaction.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
