I needed a cpap machine but insurance would not pay, they said I could make monthly payments and in 12 months I would own the machine. 11 months later I changed to Blue Cross, I told April Incase they needed it for future supplies. Then I find out they charged Blue Cross for a cpap machine. When I asked them for the machine, the manager told me yes I payed for a machine, but she couldn’t just “give” me a machine. I told her she wasn’t giving me anything...Blue Cross had payed for it and it should be given to me. So glad to see they are closed. See good things comes to those who wait. Bad business, dishonest people...stay away from this company.

This company is very difficult to deal with. You cannot call the local business directly. You have to call the central office which is out of state. I have had to drive 30 minutes to go the the local business on 3 occasions to just get a question answered. I am switching suppliers.

The equipment is great. The service throughout Apria (CPAP & Oxygen) dept. is awful. Every time I try to order supplies it is wrong. I always get an automated call to inform me of service and no matter how many times I try to decline the service or have questions about the service there is NO option on the automated call that allows me to decline or speak to a person. It says to hit a certain button and no matter what button I hit it continues to call and doesn't recognize the option I have input. My last CPAP order took 4 weeks and 2 weeks to process and when I got my order it was wrong. Very unhappy customer.
