Good luck dealing with this company. I have been using CPAP therapy for about 20 years with them. They provide lousy customer service. I have been trying to get CPAP supplies and a machine for 6 months and so far, no luck. Nobody at Georgia Extended Medical will ever return a call, even when they tell you, I'll do "x" and call you back, it doesn't happen. They blamed my doctor's office for doing the prescription wrong, buy only told me that after 5 months of me trying to figure out what was taking so long. My Dr. fixed the prescription about a month ago, and the only way I found out was to call them today to see what's going on. Today they said I may have to go back to the Dr. because it's been 6 months. Apparently they don't need my business.
