When I first got involved with Lincare I was very satisfied. I had a good conselor (Shelly) She had a sleep test done at my home. Met me at my doctors office with a new CPAP machine and later had an oxygen condenser delivered which they check and replace the filter every year. I got the CPAP machine at least 7 or 8 years ago. Someone called and sent supplies for my CPAP machine at least every 3 months. But since my husband died in 2013 and I had to move. I have not gotten any supplies nor have I had any luck getting a new machine which your people said I am eligible for. It has been at least 3 weeks since I called and they said I could get a new machine. No one who knows anything will talk to me. They keep saying that they will call but they don't I guess the fact that I am an old lady doesn't matter to them anymore. Is there another company that I can get my supplies from. I hope my doctor. Dr. Robert Taylor has faxed the information that they wanted to their office. I guess I should just for get about a new machine and use the old one until I die even though it was dropped. My cardioligist wants me to continue using it. I have been using one for around 25 years now and know that when I get to heaven I won't need one. Thank you for your interest. Roberta Fortenberry
