Was seen by an in network MD who I asumed used in an in network DME provider since I picked up the equipment at his office but that was not the case. Nor was I ever advised that they were out of network. Now I am getting these high dollar bills because they are not in network with my insurance. When I spoke to the representative she was not helpful at all and just kept telling me that I owed the charges. I let her know I was not paying out of network fees and I would be bringing the equipment back. Very Very dissatisfied cusomer with both the Dr. and the DME company... they should be ashamed for not advising patients of potiental high dollar bills......

Extremely poor customer service. I've left 3 voicemails for my account rep over the course of 24 hours and each remain unreturned. My next call will be to the supervising manager.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, and they don't make an effort to even try
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
