I had been using the Marietta office, but the service there has been awful. I started to use the Savannah office, and could not be happier. Nicole and Christian are wonderful. They even answer their telephone unlike my previous office's throwing me often to voicemail only to find their mailbox full and could not take messages! Working with Christian has been great. She listens to you, knows who you are when you call her, and goes out of her way to be helpful. These folks in Savannah are the best.
I have been calling and writing emails about the recall on the dreamstation. I need a CPAP machine! Can someone please help me order a new one! I can't wait for the long as crap resolution from the manufacturer of this tainted one that I have
the several times i call i end up on the voice mail track. now i know you people can be busy but this company seems to make it a pratice to not answer thier calls and funnel you through several different doors. looking for another supplier
I just wanted to thank the young ladies that helped me get a CPAP mask while I was on vacation in Daytona Beach. I messed up by not taking my mask with me. They went above and beyond to get me a mask over-night to me on my vacation. Thank you ladies.
On June 8th, 2020 I was contacted by a representative of Sleepwell in Savannah, Ga. about renting to own a Bi-Pap machine. She stated that she has already ran the cost of the Bi-Pap through my insurance, the initial cost to me will be $117.74 with a monthly rental of $38 until the first of the year (She did not say this was a quote). Since my deductible has already been met, my payment might be adjusted in January when my deductible starts over, until I own the machine. She then informed me because of the Covid 19 virus that they would like to do payment over the phone and mail the Bi-Pap to my house. I agreed to pay the initial $117.74 and a $38 a month payment until I owned the machine. I gave her my information to my FSA card and Sleepwell charged me and mailed the Bi-Pap with the paperwork to my house. I filled the paperwork out on 6-12-20 (they billed me on 6-8-20) and mailed it back to them. 2 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail from Sleepwell stating I owe an additional $402.49. Upon receiving the bill I contacted Sleepwell billing department who informed me that I was responsible for the $402.49 because my insurance did not cover that for the initial monthly rental. When I explained to her that the initial representative said that it would be only $117.74 and she stated that she has already ran it through my insurance. The woman at the billing department informed me that it was only a quote and they try to get it in the Ball Park of the amount owed. $520.23 isn’t anywhere close to the ballpark of the initial price, that is a markup of %441.84. I tried to explain to her that I would not have received the machine at that price and instead I would of shopped around. We are in the middle of a pandemic, money and resources are tight right now and I can’t afford to pay that much for an error that I believe Sleepwell made. She stated that if she took the money back off I would no longer meet my deductible. I told her I was okay with not meeting my deductible as I have kids to feed and bills to pay. I told her I would be returning the machine and she informed me I would be responsible for the first month rental. I agreed to that assuming (by our conversation) she was talking about the $117.74 that I initially agreed to pay. I also believed I would have to pay a $38 monthly rental fee because I have had the machine longer than one month. When I dropped the machine off I asked the receptionist how much I owed. She asked me to wait in the waiting room as no one was allowed in the back. Approximately 10 minutes passed and she brought me into the back to hand me a sticky note with $402.49 written on it. I asked to speak with the woman from the billing department but I was told her office is not located at that location. I then asked the receptionist to tell her to call me as soon as possible to discuss this. After four days passed and no phone call, I gave the billing department another call and left a voicemail. I waited another two days and never received a call, I called back again and left another voicemail. A different woman from the billing department called me back and left a voicemail informing me I am responsible for $443.93 and should take up any discrepancies with my insurance company, not with them. I have read similar reviews about Sleepwell on Bing which leads me to believe that this is common practice for this company.
Nicole @ Sleepwell out of Savannah is the best at handling your business. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and generally a very sweet lady. She deserves a raise. I live near Macon, and I would highly recommend talking with her. She might not be local, but she's the best. Thank you for being so helpful yesterday and answering all of my questions!
