I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. This was my second encounter with this company. The first time was their timely delivering of oxygen tanks for a member of my family. This current time was in regards for my CPAP machinge. Very helpful on explaining how the machine works and ordering of more supplies. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Their hours are impossible to work with, if you have a full time job. They won't come to your home in the evening. I ended up having to take time off work and drive out to their office on the Windward side.

The receptionist asks way too many questions. Whenever I would call to leave a message, she wouldn't just take my name and number and give it to the person I wanted to talk to. She would ask a million detailed questions and since was NOT the one who would solve my problem, I really didn't want to go through it all with her and then do it a second time with the person I actually wanted.

Other than those two items, everything was fine.
