Great company..however supplies (for my brand of CPAP machine) are always out of stock or on back order (lots of different components). Also a couple of times my supplies were mailed to me in a poorly sealed box so items were missing/or sometimes just left out altogether. You have to stay committed to working with the staff (reminding them at times) supplies are due or some time.can go by and supplies will not get received in a timely scheduled manner. Ałl in all still a great medical supply company. You just have to work together to with them to make sure orders get done correctly. The new automated supply ordering system is really helping.

The office was easy enough to find. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
