2 times I have been in need of medical equipment for my son and both times Norco came through. The recent need was for a hospital bed with a broken hand control. Of course it broke late Saturday so I could not call until Monday. Jas got the correct hand control had it sent by priority mail and by Wednesday we were back in business. The bed is over 10 years old and had to search to see who had one. Jas was the guy who was outstanding. Also the only thing he told me that was wrong was how much it would cost. It was cheaper than he said. Great Job Jas

Do not support a company that takes employees out with the trash. You can give your life to this company and they have ZERO loyalty to employees. Disgraceful company. Corporate heads get BMW and ridiculous amounts of money for Christmas while store employees get a measly gift card. Insulting. Corporate heads are just egotistical self absorbed hot heads that are power trippy. Store level managers get no support from corporate. Horrible company.
