I have tried being patient with this horrible DME. Had billing issues right off the bat. Was overcharged when I picked up my CPAP machine aby 130+ dollars. That got resolved. Then they billed me for something I should have never been billed for. If I use my old tubing that is in need of replacing due to recommend use of x amount of months I can still breathe fine. The generic tubing they sent me when I try exhaling my machine starts pumping air back up before I can completely exhale which creates a suffocation feeling. I guess I am stuck with old tubing because instead of letting me come in and swap the tube for a different one I was just told "that's crazy." I might be stuck paying them for the machine, but will have my medical provider send my script for supplies over to a different DME.
I would not recommend as I have had nothing but trouble with billing issues since day one with my crap. When I call this office they are of no help at all ...just give me and my insurance company a phone number that no one answers. Very poor customer service! We have spent months on this and it still is not fixed.
