Every time I call their location for any help, I NEVER get an answer and have to leave a message and no one ever calls me back !

Ridiculous, They should sometime check their own contact information. Direct calls rarely get through to them. Their local # ending in 6444 has no provisions for accepting a supply order. They refer you to the Rotech internet site that asks if you want supplies, but doesn't accept orders for pickup and delivery of replacement oxygen bottles. Finally, if you go to the 866 360 3101 number to reorder oxygen it will lead you along with "press 1- press 2" and so on until it suggests that you will be put on hold. AT THAT POINT YOU ARE DISCONNECTED. I was disconnected three times in a row after the machine put me on hold.

This is only the tip of the iceberg with these people.

Customer service is terrible, nothing is taken seriously about the patients medical needs. Many times they just don't show up and you have to keep calling. We were told everything was set up for a vacation for oxygen to be delivered to our destination.It was not. My husband ran out of oxygen got so upset his blood pressure went up so high his nose started bleeding I ended up having to drive to another city to pick up oxygen and those tanks were not filled up all the way. The worst company to get your oxygen needs from. THE WORST> If I didn't have to click on a star to submit this I wouldn't have my rating would be -0

The driver was more than 2 hours late from the time they said he would arrive. By this time the customer/patient had run out of the oxygen that the hospital provided. An ambulance call was made because the patient needed oxygen. While at the customer/patients house the paramedics attempted to call Newman's, but they were on hold for over 10 minutes. The customer/patient made a call to the after hours # yet it took more than 12 minutes for a person to answer the call as well. This is worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only positive thing I can say about this company was that the man who made the delivery of the oxygen was knowledgeable with the equipment. I would not recommend Newman's to anyone for any reason.

Neumann's is terrible! I would never use them again. It took several calls to get necessary medical testing equipment and then several calls for pick-up. Neumann's staff has NO/ZERO integrity or credibility as they do NOT tell the truth when confronted with their horrible service. They are rude on the phone and dismissive of the customer. The doctor's office had to contact Neumann's and insist that equipment be picked up immediately for test results to attained before they responded. People's health and life are on the line with this equipment/service and Neumann's does NOT care at all. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. No one should use this company. They need to get their act together and hire good customer service employees who know how to deal appropriately with customers. Again, horrible company.

Pretty good on delivery of equipment that wasn't brought home from the hospital (Delnor - Geneva) .. SLOW to pick up once it's not needed. I have had to call them several times and they always say they have no record asking to pick up.. give a new date and don't show up. They do however continue to bill me and my insurance.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
