As a service provider in the community, I have never before struggled so much with a company as this one. They repeatedly did not listen, there was absolutely zero communication between members of their team and they could have jeopardized patient safety had I not been vigilant. DO NOT refer to this company. I give them ZERO stars and have informed my collegues to also stay away. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. They also apparently have no knowledge of how to access interpreter services, which is simply unacceptable. There will be no business sent their way from this referral source!!!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
