I had an extremely difficult time working with this company and my father's Medicare. I was lied to, given the round around, and am still dealing with trying to get my father much needed breathing equipment.... SIX months later and TWO managers. I would advise you to try another company.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified
