I was trying to switch over to Lincare from Apria. However, Lincare made it extremely inconvenient and difficult to so do. They expected me to drive 80 miles round trip to provide an insurance card and sign paperwork that could easily have been done via e-mail or fax. But they don't have external email or fax? Really? This is ridiculous. And when being set up, they never once told me that I would need to do this. It was expressed that they would just ship them out. I'm not sure how they stay in business with a performance like this. I'll just stick with Apria. They can keep their supplies and lose my business.

Employees are rude! You do feel like you're bothering them when you call to ask about your portable oxygen that you haven't gotten in a year!! I'm not the only one. Several people where I live are having the same problem as well. I'd go somewhere else if I were you!!

Terrible customer service by telephone receptionist. Got the impression that my call was an inconvenience and a bother. I asked questions about my oxygen concentrator. Got the brush off. Asked her to check my files to see when concentrator was last checked. She acted like she couldn't contact the service department. Very dissatisfied with the attitude of telephone worker.
