I gave this company 1 star because it was the lowest I could give..When I first found out I needed oxygen and a cpap machine this was the only company my insurance offered so I had to take them. After months of dealing with uneducated people, starting from the receptionist, my home representative to the billing department I found a different company Rotech/Hook's to work with. It took weeks for Lincare to even come pick up the supplies I wasn't using and to make matters worse they didn't even know I had the oxygen concentrator!! 2 months after they picked up the equipment I found a charge on my checking account for almost $58 which after threats of turning them in for fraud was finally credited back and after that I received another paper check in the mail for almost $60. Now, 3 months after not using this company I receive a box of supplies from this company and they said they are going to charge my debit card again. I don't even have the same insurance company any more so the entire bill is going to come out of my account for their ineptness. My bank has been notified and they said they will step in on my behalf if the fraudulent charges are made. I've called the corporate office in Indianapolis on these matters and hopefully someone there can get this all straightened out. If you need this type of business do yourself a favor and find another company besides Lincare you'll be saving yourself a lot of undo stress and you'll receive the proper care that you need!!

Once I no longer needed the equipment it took almost a year to get them to pick it up. In the meantime they kept billing me and my insurance company. This was after many, many phone calls and even writing them a letter.

This is the absolute most incompetent business to use for any type of supplies. I have had to call corporate office after 6 months of not getting supplies. They blame the doctor's office. Still have not received any follow up from this office. Incompetent, rude, lacks any form of customer service skills at all. I don't see how they are still in business. Zero star rating. The absolute worst.

Polly on the phone was very rude. I called to order new supplies for my CPAP machine and said I have been inactive for years when I just received a shipment 6 months ago. Instead of offering to help she made me feel like I was an idiot. I have already contacted a new supplier for my CPAP supplies and will not use Lincare again.
