I am still having a problem with my billing after three months. They charged me for both buying the CPAP machine (which is correct) and a monthly rental for the same machine. I have called my account specialist twice with no solution. I had pre-approval from them for my insurance, and I paid in full the remaining balance. I am still getting statements saying I owe. I am beyond frustrated at the billing service. Now I'm getting notices saying that my account is past due.
I had researched what I needed. They just wanted to get me what was cheapest for them to get as they would get the same reimbursement from insurance. Very frustrating. Had to fight to get them to order what was best for me.
