I've not had a problem with this location, other than having a hard time getting to the driver who delivers my equipment. Have picked up supplies (canulas, etc.) - can't seem to get them to deliver even though I've requested delivery - and they have been accommodating. Seem a little disorganized (my reason for a lower rating). They have always been pleasant on the phone. Maybe it depends on the caller's attitude, also.
