We were out of town until early Saturday morning. This placed is closed on Saturday. I needed replacement oxygen bottles. We were leaving on another trip Sunday morning. I call to see if I could pick up the needed oxygen bottles. It wasn't considered an emergency so they would not supply them. I would use somewhere else that provides better service. I definitely will use someone else next time.

*** The Survey worded all this for me. Great Company, not one complaint, enough said! ----Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. ---
