Lousy customer service. My cpap machine broke. I called them and Kathy said i needed an appt just see if my machine could be fixed. I asked if I could just drop by and they could take a look at it. She said no, i needed an appt. The next available one was in 5 days. So i endured 5 days of no sleep. When I finally brought it in there was a sign on the wall that said walk-ins welcome. Also they said they couldn't help me because I was on Medicare. I lost 5 days for nothing. These people just don't care.
