I received an Explanation of Benefits form from my Medicare Gap Insurance provider indicating charges of $3250 from JL Webb DME LLC for continuous glucose monitoring equipment. I have never heard of JL Webb DME LLC, and I have never used glucose monitoring equipment. So I have filed a fraud claim with Medicare.

Medicare Fraud!! Billed Medicare for diabetic equipment and supplies I didn't request or approve (I'm not diabetic!). Probably associated with the overseas robodial/spam/scam centers that call every day. Reported to Medicare fraud investigators. Hopefully Medicare will be able to recover the false charges and put these slimeballs out of business. Rating shows one star only because this site won't let me select Zero, which is what they deserve!!

This 'provider' billed my supplemental insurance company $5600 for 'supplies for glucose monitor'!!! I have never heard of this company nor have I ever received any supplies from them. I see so many reviews like mine - how is this company still in business????

0 stars for them. They fraudulently billed Medicare for supplies not needed/wanted/ordered or received. Turned them into Medicare for suspected fraud.

This company submitted a claim for $4800. for "Medical Equip/Supply" we never ordered. I have attempted to contact them, the message me to search for a person or choose 0 for the Operator, which goes to voicemail. I'll try emailing, but I'm not hopeful that I get a response, will update my post if I do.

This company billed Medicare $800 a month, and sometimes 2 or 3 times that, for a product I don't use. I never heard of them until the statement from my secondary insurance came in. They are frauds, and I hope the perpetrators get caught!
