This company was good for a couple of years and served us well, but in the last year the service has gotten terrible. I am on the fourth try to get a new mask for the bi-pap. They seem nice and polite on the phone, but the actual service is very poor. They tell you one thing that makes you feel like you are cared for, but it is not followed through. Before this last year I would have given them a 4 or 5 star rating, but they have sadly fallen.
When I added Medicare to my CHAMPVA was told to get a new Prescription. Dr. told me to tell her to call his nurse and tell her what she wanted on the Rx. She said she was tired of fooling with me and my Dr. and was gong to send the van out to pick my C-Pap machine and my Oxygen concentrator up and she did. Will never have anything else to do with them as long as they have her working for them.
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
