They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The staff at the lovejoy in Frankfort are the best and you can see that they really do care about pt care.
To the above why would you wait so long if that happened to me i would be on the phone with them everyday sounds like someone wants to run them in the ground for no apparent reason.
To the other people that need care i would refer my family and friends to Lovejoy

Beware!! In Frankfort the individuals working at the facility do not keep accurate records. They do not respond in a timely fashion when issues arise. I have been over billed along with my insurance for several months usage of a CPAP machine that I have not had for months. I have called the ROTECH billing company as well as Lovejoy and notified them of the mistake. I returned my machine after about 3 months - 4 months of usage to the place and they have billed me and the insurance company 9 months of usage. My portion is not alot however, my insurance company has been paying. I know another individual who had to get a lawyer to keep them from billing him for equipment he didn't have. I guess that is my next step. When I called them they were suppose to be investigating and removing the false charges and getting back to me. I never heard back from them. I just got more bills. It is even in their company records that it was returned - they didn't enter the real date I returned the equipment even though I made a big deal at the time that they be sure to document when I returned it. Their own records say it was returned in August. I was still billed for September, October and November. I am sure December's bill will be coming as well. I plan to complain to the parent company, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and anyone else who will listen.
