I order a hospital bed from here, nobody ever call me back to confirm the delivery. 2 days later they showed up at my house, so fine I really needed. So now 2 weeks later I called for pick-up, nobody calls back. Is been a week and half, bed still here. called left messages every other day nobody has call or showed up to pick up bed, they have the worst customer service in the area. don't order from them. Is a big pain, How you stay in business?

Poor customer service on the phone. Was told that my equipment would be ready by today, and they haven't even started on it. Their excuse was that insurance has not authorized my equipment yet. I called the insurance company, and they stated that Rothert's had not even submitted the form to them yet, but to expedite the process they could call the provider number and they would take care of it. I called Rotherts back, and she was not interested in calling the insurance company to get it taken care of. She said I needed to wait until next Wednesday and call again to see if anything has been done. I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me she was the highest ranking person there. I stated that I felt I was getting the runaround, and the woman on the phone wasn't listening to what I was trying to explain. I also stated that without this equipment I could have a stroke or heart attack per my doctor, and I just wanted straight answers. The woman from Rotherts hung up on me at that point. This was the Covington location that I spoke with.
