Horrible service and can't get supplies delivered. I've been waiting 2 months for a part for my daughters machine and still haven't heard back from them. My daughter has very low oxygen and needs to be able to use her machine and we cant. So sad!!!

Phone answered immediately. Service rep was nice but informed me they no longer carry the equipment I used to get from them (TENS pre-wired electrodes.) Sheree was nice enough to give me another company that may be able to help me. In the past, I had a wonderful experience with this company.
