Very unethical and uncaring business. Talked 80 year old man into paying for a tub bench up front at the door so my mom could try it before proceeding on to other options. It was supposed to be through hospice, but their supplier was out and they used this one. Well it was way too big and NEVER used. Refused to take it back and refund And the delivery guy had the nerve to take all the receipts back with him and left them no receipt. Would never use the company for anything else for anyone.

Really poor managerial staff - 6 days after my mother in law passed away - My wife received a phone call indicating that she was a thief and would be turned into the police - after the manger made her cry - I got on the phone and was MFed- not a good place to do business
