I have had know problems with them, but I only purchase two things from them. staff was helpful.

Very caring staff. Works hard to make sure you are taken care of promptly and super helpful with questions about medications or special orders. Nice to have a smaller staff who know you and your needs. I've seen this pharmacy open their doors after they had closed because someone needed something. Can't get that anywhere else. Real people; real nice. Corporate pharmacies cannot compare to the feeling you get from a privately own smaller, hometown pharmacy.

I would never recommend them to anyone I know. They were awful. I wasn't able to get a single one of my questions answered the entire time I was there. I ended up leaving even more confused and frustrated. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They pick and choose whose prescriptions they'll fill. The colored lady behind the drug counter is extremely rude and nasty. However, she picks and chooses who she greets pleasantly and who she'll make feel completely un-welcomed. Seems no one here is in charge and they can treat customers anyway they want. I've never seen anyplace as bad as this! I would never recommend this place to anyone and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Drug Board.

ask them questions, that is what they are there for.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
