Bad customer service. I have been trying for years to replace my sleep equipment. I sent you the report from my 2007 sleep study and you lost some of the pages. Your representative rudely implied that because I am older (66) I probably didn't understand what is going on and I should let the doctors handle it. You had the incorrect health insurance information for me even when I tried to correct it several times. I am being sent to Worcester to pick up the equipment (why can't it be shipped to me or why can't I pick it up at the Webster location which is more convenient)? This has taken way too long and I'm not happy. I'm concerned with what this is doing to my health having to wait so long (several years) to replace my equipment. I give you no stars.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
