The staff has, at all levels, been courteous, friendly and helpful. They have been willing to listen to my concerns, and respond to them when possible. The consistency in their performance is indicative of a very well managed facility. The direct care staff have been particularly impressive for their ability to interact in a positive and helpful manner with the residents.
