Total morons. Sent my SD Card to them 2 months ago. Never got it back. Got a letter from them last week asking me to send it in. I have been trying to get supplies from them for over 2 months. No one will call or put their name on the letters, just signed from "Customer Service". They won't return phone calls. These people should be investigated by the atty general. They are way beyond incompetent, willfully negligent is more like it. They must get paid for not servicing patients.

No review yet. Will later when I get my equipment. But must say an older friend of my parents used Lincare for Oxygen for years when you were located in Dudley MA Everybody couldn't have been more helpful and always on time. The driver she had most of the time was a wonderful guy. He retired a year before she passed away.

We were forced to transfer to Lincare from Denmarks Home Medical. Denmarks was absolutely horrible as a supply vendor for our son. I thought I would never see worse than Denmarks until they were bought by Lincare. We were transferred to Lincare after the buyout about 5 months ago and have NOT had one thing go right. Our son is ventilator dependent and is paralyzed. His supplies are needed for him to live - to breathe - to have a life. Yet month after month the supplies are late, do not come at all, or are the wrong item. This is after I faxed his medical supply list to them with item#'s and quantities. I have had to spend a lot of my own money to purchase things on my own for him when they should be providing these things under our insurance.
They make appointments to come to do their vent checks and then they don't show up - or they show up late.
My son needs batteries in order for his ventilator to work so he can go out - even to the doctor - and we need new batteries because the ones we have are over 10 years old - to this day we still do not have new batteries - after requesting them 2 months ago.
I could go on and on about this company but I'll finish by just saying - do not use them - use another company. I have heard that New England Home Therapies are very good - but who knows.
