I called today to enter an order for all components for my ResMed 10 CPAP machine. Jose took my order. He was very polite and asked all the necessary questions as well as summarizing my order for all components. I have used Regional Home Care in Leominster for several years and have no complaints.
Regional Home Care is perhaps the most dysfunctional business I've ever dealt with. Poorly informed, inconsistent, do not return calls, extreme hierarchy of staff responsibilities: can only perform one function and refer to another person who even after 3 calls, does not return calls. Very rigid. Miss important issues like explaining how machine works and then telling patient it's their fault, they didn't ask. Terrible company.
I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH REGIONAL HOME CARE AS A PATIENT SINCE 2004 AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. MY QUERIES HAVE BEEN RESPONDED TO IN TIMELY FASHION FROM THE BEGINNING. RECOGNIZING THAT NOT ALL THINGS ARE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, MY EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS INCLUDED AVAILABILITY OF ALL PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS AND EXCELLENT IN PERSON SERVICE.
i cannot find the help i need.I NEED TO GET INOGEN 4 BUT CAN NOT CONTACT. I HAVE CPAP SUPPLIES THRU REGIONAL AND WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE INOGEN 4. CAN THEY GET ME ONE THRU MEDICARE?
Do not use this company. The people there are crooked. As I had a new insurance plan and a new job with little money I called to find out what my insurance would cover for a new CPAP mask. I was asked for my information and told that they would get back to me with a price. I did not hear back. I then received a new mask, filters, tubing and other supplies that i did not ask for and did not want. I called the company to return the items and they refused to take them. I later received a bill for $118 (the amount the insurance did not cover. Upon receiving my EOB from my insurance company i found that charged a total of $593. I called to complain many times and was told that it was tough and i would just have to pay for it. Then then sent me a notice that they were suing for the $118 in small claims court out of state where it would be impossible to attend.
