We had an excellent experience with Towne Medical Supply. My mother is so petite that the standard walker we bought was too tall. Towne Mecial Supply let us exchange the walker for one that fit perfectly. Unfortunately, my mother had a stroke before she could use the new walker, so they let us return it. As a result of their understanding, we will do all future business with them.
