Lack of service and support. They fail to return calls or do what they say. Have been waiting months for wheelchair parts for the wife that they were to order months ago and now they won't even pick up the phone to provide an update or explanation. Oh well I guess it is up to me to find a company that is able and willing to provide services to my quadlapegic wife.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I have a really bad case of sleep apnea and stop breathing several times a minute. Recently, my Cpap machine quit working, so I had to get a new one. I went to this providor because my insurance company recommended them. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a new machine and no one seems interested in assisting me. I call every day and there is a different excuse every day about why my machine won't be ready. Two days in the last two weeks I've been told that all the respiratory therapists are out that day. How can you be in business without a respiratory therapist there every day. I've wasted too much time with this providor, and I'm going to ask my doctors office to send everything to another providor who may actually care about their customers need. Don't waste your time here.
