The absolute worst Provider I have EVER dealt with and I am a RN and have dealt with many!!!! Because I am a travel nurse and live at two addresses, I had no other choice but to use Apria for my CPAP machine because they deal nation wide. It almost became comical at one point to just how bad they were. Every time I called back for an update, I received a different answer from each person I spoke with. This company really needs an overhaul in customer service!
This is the worst company to deal with. They give you phone numbers to people in the Philippines who are on head-sets. They are impossible to understand and they refuse to remove their head-set. I kept asking for them to send my call to someone in the United States who spoke perfect English but to no avail!!! Hard to get your questions answered when you cannot understand the person on the other end of the line.
I believe that any company who cannot have someone in the United States to answer my phone call and answer my questions does not deserve to have my business. But in our healthcare system today we are trapped!! Where has my country gone?
