Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
