They initially called to set up my respiratory treatment. I picked a day for this and they said their delivery person would call back with a confirmation. Not only did I receive a call back, they never came out on the day I asked. Then I called back and asked what the problem was without a reasonable answer, so I set it up for another day and asked that I be called back the day before. Again they did not call back. So I called the day of delivery to ask why I wasn't called the previous day and they denied that I even requested this confirmation call. Needless to say that I'm still waiting for my equipment and medication. I'm going to call my doctor and have him refer me to another company and also tell him of my problems. I'm sure he won't be referring other patients to this company.
