The IVR sucks

They used to be very good. They have a new system and it seems very impersonal.They are slow to return phone calls.They seem very hurried and impatient. I'm not sure why. I'll give one more try then on to a company that wants my business.

We are very happy that we can now use Heartfelt Home care for CPAP supplies we were required to use a different vendor before and the service was terrible. Heartfelt Home Care is wonderful
