Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. I was fitted for an arm brace at W&F after major surgery which failed to maintain my arm in the correct position after two weeks. (The clips that hold the brace in position are made of plastic, which weaken after awhile, causing the brace to loosen and slip.) The brace is not made by W&F, so the poor design is not their fault, but to my utter amazement, the manager claimed that I was somehow abusing the brace and refused to repair or replace it. This despite the fact that I have very limited strength and mobility in that arm and can barely lift a coffee cup. He was surly and condescending. Avoid W&F at all costs.

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
No, they could have used some continuing education
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
They were decent, but not very affordable
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
