Very disappointed in the empathy the company shows when THEY make billing mistakes and need to PAY BACK a consumer thousands of dollars. They act like they are doing you a favor. Be very careful of them charging you AND billing your insurance carrier as well. Unless you oversee this process it will happen and they won't care much or hurry to reimburse what you've paid. And, checks from them "always" get lost int he mail somehow.

I wish I could give this company ZERO STARS! Their procedures and polices don't work. Amy Campbell is an inept imp that can;t do her job. Kevin Prior is a screamer at customers from way back. Just ask a 20 year retired employee who worked for him. Numerous mishaps and LONG wait for your equipment at ALL their branches. We have tried moving to a new branch and the same thing. They've actually YELLED AT US! So professional! We tried to complain about a chronic problem and have been labeled nuisances and BANNED when all we're really guilt of is voicing our views of their broken and dangerous procedures. AJ Filippis only cares about publicity to lure more customers. Their motto "First to Serve. First to Care." is nothing more that a catchy phrase to lure new customers to their haphazard company. Bob DeWolf and the rest of this company could not care less about their customers. I am writing this review simply to warn innocent customers from wasting their time. Don't believe this review? Make an appointment with them.

I have dealt with this company at their local office for 15 years and have been very happy. This time I was told I had to deal with the main office. I called from local office location and placed my order on June 24th. On July 1 I called to see where my husband's supplied were and they had no record of the order. I place another order and asked for an expedited delivery since we had already waited one week. No deal. I called again on July 11th and was told the order shipped on July 3 from Rochester Hills - 90 miles away - and I would receive it in 7-10 days. This is a medical supply house!! People need these supplies and they are not getting them in a timely manner. I will never deal with this inept company again. This company has no idea of the importance of their product to their customer's health. Shame on you.

Although the facility in Ferndale is nice, it is very apparent this supply company is only interested in their own economic benefit and not the wellness of terminally ill patients. My end stage COPD father was be does not qualify for oxygen even though his primary care physician wrote a prescription for full-time 3lpm oxygen. His Medicaid provider, Molina, authorized coverage, but still WF would not fulfill his prescription.

My father has gone through significant emotional stress dealing with rude, uninformed representatives of WF and I will be contacting the BBB and MI State representatives about their immoral business practices.

I strongly recommend against working with this company. They should be ashamed to be in the medical profession. Feel free to contact me for specifics.
