This Company should not have a Contact with any Medicaid or Medicare Patients.They do not serve these people with dignity at all. They should not have a Government Contract to supply to any elderly person who needs this service...It's a poor away to do business and a shameful way to treat an elderly person.

They are very disorganized and some employees lack proper communication skills. The whole business system needs to be repaired. They do not fully comply with what their ads state. Some CS reps are impolite and some are not knowledgeable. Their follow-up with the Drs office is very slow and took over 2 months to complete a renewal Px because they did not follow up on a timely basis.
