Feel screwed: I was told (verified 2x) that I'd be billed $25/mo for equipment and needed one order to keep keep Rx active. They delivered & billed for equipment I didn't request/need and charged more. NO communication of the difference. Plus need was false-- filling the order once didn't keep the Rx open. They said I called late to pick up the equipment so billed me for 2 mos. $80/mo. Manager just called-- acknowledges the problem (to me, no problem to them), & expects me to pay $160 for 2 mos. Feel screwed!!! Information was not accurate, no communication to me to correct false/mistaken information, added equipment, bill significantly higher!
