IMPOSSIBLE TO DIRECTLY CONTACT THE LOCAL OFFICE.

BILLING IS CONFUSING AND THOSE WHO HANDLE PATIENT ACCOUNTS LACK THE ABILITY TO DEAL WITH SENIOR ADULTS AND THOSE VERY ILL PATIENTS.

TRYING TO GET TO THE LOCAL OFFICE USING APRIA'S "TREE" IN A TIME OF EMERGENCY AND OR POWER OUTAGE IS IMPOSSIBLE.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AND HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL I HAVE SEEN IN 40 YEARS OF WORKING IN CUSTOMER CARE.

LOCAL PEOPLE ARE GREAT!. GETTING TO TALK DIRECTLY WITH THEM IS A ROYAL PAIN.

AS A FORMER HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATOR, I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT APRIA TO EVEN MY WORST OF ENEMIES.
