I worked for Lincare as a CSR back in the mid 90’s when the office was located off of Foley Street, Kaye Thigpen was my boss and our Patients Doctors, Hospitals and other DME suppliers loved us. Lincare is known for providing EXCELLENT customer service. If liquid O2 was ordered at the last minute for the patient to go home on at the last minute our referrals knew we would be there momentarily. Traveling patients knew they could stop by our office if they needed supplies or their liquid O2 r/f because that what Lincare does, they make sure their patients are well taken care of no matter where they are.

I have been trying to get a walker from these people for 4 mos. My dr has sent over prescription three times and still not walker,. Use someone else.....They don't even try to help,.

These people are the most unprofessional of any company i ever have encountered. Medicare and other insurance providers should take a good look at the provider regardless of who gets the bid on cpap and other services. This is ridiculous. Know one there seems to know their job,or can give you answers to the simplest of questions. They are a disgrace to the wellness of people who are in need. I would not rate them at all, but one star is the lowest i could choose.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered, Because I am now a Medicare patient, I had to change my DME provider and it has been a night mare. My physician ordered a CPAP mask and head gear for me in March/April and today is now May 10, 2016 and I still don't have I. I've made numerous calls and have been made promises by the manager and still don't have what I need to get a decent night sleep.

This company is awful. They deliver when they choose too and make no effort to help their customers. They out right refuse you service especially on weekends. Only two drivers and it's up to the driver if he delivers or not. Equipment has no batteries quits working and they do not fix it. Medicare and Medicaid need to investigate this company. I ordered equipment in Feb 2015 not received yet.
