I came in for fittings. Office staff was very friendly and so was respiratory therapist that gave me mask and cpap machine. First night i used it my eyes were swollen and puff and face swollen. I called and left message was very worried about it. Took 3 days to call me back. Called several times in those 3 days. Then i am told machine does not cause swollen eye need to go to eye dr. Eye Dr said eyes ok it is masks not fitted correctly, so nice to have to pay eye bill when it was not even needed. I leave more messages to call me back again and now still no call. I am going to go back to my Dr who ordered sleep study and get issues resolved and see if there is anther company besides Lincare Inc who can handle my cpap needs and equipment . This is not good business not to call customers back. I am not putting my name are email on this because don't want them to make it worse on me than they are treating me

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
