Very disappointed . They have had my portable oxygen concentrator for Months . It was messing up with me and I have yet to get a decent answer as to why it isn’t fixed yet . This was like 4 to 5 months ago , I don’t remember anymore but I Sure do need my POC back !!

I can’t give this company a good review. I do not get my supplies in time. Sometimes I have to call 3 or 4 times to get what I need. I see m bc shocked at the way this company handles business. I’ve had them to ask me what is wrong with my oxygen machine on the phone . I’ve told them I’m calling you why are you asking me? They never check the machine !! I can’t believe this situation and don’t think they care bc they don’t ! Oxygen once put on it is a necessity !
