In the last 3 months, I have called to have tanks delivered on a certain day and they don't show up. I have to call the next day and try to get them delivered the same day. I had some financial issues concerning insurance and the billing lady was supposed to talk to my insurance company and see what they could do and call me back. Instead of calling me back, she put in a order for my equipment to be picked up.

The people in the office are the worst. They only one at this location that is worthy of a 5 star review is the drive that delivers my tanks.

I have seen my medical dr. several times. orders were sent to Lincare. they never told me that these orders were only good for 30 days. I have spoke with lincare many times. I voiced my wanting to hold off til I met my deductible 1st then order the medical supplies, they stated an understanding. However, it was a lie! Now they say that I have to start over with the whole process because it has been longer than 30 days. WTH? How many times do I have to have the same test? How many times do I have to see the same freaking Dr for the same freaking issues before you will give me the supplies that he has already ordered? Sounds like a scam. I'll just go get what I need from the internet and take my chances there. So long dirt bags!
